This week we look at #AmishDevgan’s continuing antics, as he locks horns with a #Congress spokesperson and gets called names like “neech patrakaar” for trying to twist the spokesperson’s statements and misrepresenting them.
We also look at two tools of propaganda used by Indian TV news media. The first being Manufacturing Contempt, where the likes of M.L. Sharma, the infamous lawyer who defended the gangrape convicts in the December 2016 rape case in Delhi, are brought on national television to indirectly discredit the #farmers. The second tool being infusing a feeling of “sab changa si” in the minds of the citizens by showing how much worse the citizens in Pakistan have it.
